Project Highlight: People-First Production Model

Takes on Girls inc.
Driven by professional experiences as a producer, this producer set out to rethink the way productions are run. Through research into healthier production practices, she developed a leadership strategy rooted in 10 guiding principles. Partnering with Girls Inc., she piloted this people-first model, applying it across every phase from pre-production to post.

This framework became more than theory; it was an actionable process. By aligning each stage with the 10 solutions for ethical leadership, she created a workflow that prioritized collaboration, well-being, and creativity. Her approach shows that producing is not just about the end result. it’s about valuing the people and process that bring it to life.
